If you asked me to describe Elainah to you I would say she is
  very serious, likes things organized, always lends a helping hand, crafty,
and is a very sweet sister.

~1st  Anniversary~


 
Justin and Kaitlyn's 1st anniversary was this past weekend.
WOW! I cant believe that it has been a year since they tied the knot!

:: Tornado ::

My Uncle Jon told me I should do a post about a tornado that touched down on Wednesday, February 24th in White Horse which is about 5 miles from our house. The last location of the tornado's path was on a road that is only 2 miles from our house! No one was injured but there was lots of damage done.  By the crack of dawn on Thursday morning there were hundreds of Amish already out helping clean up!  Lots of local Amish business donated their time and resources to help clean up and rebuild.

 Over 32,000 laying hens were loaded into a tractor trailer after their barn was destroyed.

Joshua actually helped in this chicken assembly line.

The wind was SO strong it blew over tombstones!

 

 

 

 

 

This is one of the two Amish school houses that were destroyed.  They rebuilt it and were back to school within a week.

The other schoolhouse was lifted completely off of its foundation.


  Papers, books, desks, chairs, etc. were scattered in the woods beside the schools foundation.
Thankfully the tornado hit after school hours!


 

  

 

By Monday alot had been rebuilt thanks to the hardworking generous Amish.
