Fall is a wonderful time of the year!
The trees start turning beautiful colors and it is absolutely gorgeous!
It is apple picking time! Our neighbors have a very old apple tree that had a bumper crop of apple's this year. They have blessed our family very much with about 12 bushels!

When there are apples around, my favorite thing to do with them is make apple pies.
We have made a lot of apple sauce as well for the winter.
