A Bright and Sunny Afternoon...

It has been raining for the past week and we have had flooding around our house.  All the tiny, trickling creeks have become miniature Mississippi's!

So on Friday we decided to take advantage of the bright and sunny day and go for a walk/bike/ride to visit our neighbors! Joshua, Lillia, and Hope rode their unicycles, Joy rode her bike, Mommy walked, and Elainah and David got a ride in the bike cart behind my bike. It was very nice to be out in the sunshine after being cooped up inside the house for a week!

 Our Amish nieghbor's made this red-neck go-cart...
It is a wooden wagon with a gas engine on it.
It can go up to 30 m.p.h.!

  2. I love your label for this post: "Fun Afternoons." :)

The flooding looks very... floodish. (We don't see that too often around here, so it looks pretty incredible to me! (In a kind of sad way.)

    God bless Ya'll!
