Summer has arrived...

We've been having a very nice summer here in the east, it's rather humid on some days but thankfully we have the pool to cool off in!  Summer has always been my favorite season of the year, family bike rides in the evenings are a highlight!  I haven't been posting as often as I would like to, it seems there is always something going on around our house. I have lots of pictures from the past month so I thought I'd do a little catching up here on the blog...



 A few weeks ago we had the privilege of having some special friends from Holland over one day.
We walked down to Chris and Katie's farm in the evening so they could see an Amish farm...

 Becca came down to give buggy rides to our guests....
but first David wanted to hop in with his friends and take a little ride!

This little guy is our pride and joy!  He's crawling everywhere and pulling himself up now...soon he'll be running around getting into mischief with his big brother David!

We all thought it was rather comical when Sergeant decided to pose with Elainah! 
Lillia didn't even tell him to sit by Elainah but he decided he wanted his picture taken too!

We had the privilege of having Bro. Josiah, Sis. Faith and their boys over for brunch one morning last week.  Bro. Josiah is on summer vacation from his job at VGR so they came to PA for a visit.

 Bro. Josiah and his family were staying with Uncle Ron and Aunt Carol so they came for the day as well!
