Sunday Afternoon Fellowship

On Sunday afternoon we hosted another fellowship meal at the picnic grove.  Dad, Mom, Joshua, and Benjamin left a earlier that morning so Benjamin's entertainment was a paper towel roll while he sat safely in the sink!

Dad and Mom decided to serve rotisserie chicken so we ordered 60 chickens from Sam's Club.  Aunt Jennifer kindly went and picked up the chickens and brought them back to the picnic grove where we had an assembly line going to take the chickens apart.

Before the meal was served, Dad had everyone join hands in a big circle and we sang a song together before praying.

To help the line move along a little faster we had servers.  The line came up to the middle of the table and went both ways, the food was the same either way.

 Fellowshipping under the shade tree...

Softball and volleyball are always a hit with the young people!

  1. Loved the picture of Benjamin in the sink. Who needs expensive presents when a roll of paper towels can be so much fun? The photos of the guests including your siblings were wonderful. I noticed the fruit arrangement on the table with the fruit as well. You all sure do entertain in the nicest way. XO
